Terms of Service

Acceptance

By using Dushat at dushat.com or signing in through Twitch, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the service and revoke permissions granted to integrations.

You must have the legal capacity required to use the service. Where the law requires consent from a parent or legal guardian, you must obtain it first.

What Dushat provides

Dushat provides tools for styling and displaying chat in OBS, multichat, Twitch clip tools, Mascot Bid War, and related settings. Some features are free and some require active PRO.

Dushat is an independent service and does not represent Twitch, Google/YouTube, Kick, DonationAlerts, 7TV, or Boosty. Integration availability depends on each provider's APIs, rules, and technical operation.

Account and security

• Sign-in is performed through Twitch; you are responsible for securing your Twitch account.
• You must not share personal OBS links, attempt to guess another user's links, or access another user's settings.
• If a leak is suspected, disconnect the integration, end sessions, or rotate the link using the available Dushat controls.

PRO and Boosty support

The user independently selects an eligible creator-support tier on Boosty under Boosty's rules. Dushat does not participate in settlements, manage Boosty renewal, or request the user's banking data.

For initial verification, the user generates a one-time code in Dushat and posts only that code under the designated subscriber-only Boosty post. The server verifies the comment author, support tier, and support status, then links Boosty to the current Twitch profile.

One verified Boosty link may belong to only one Twitch profile. Sharing a code does not transfer the link, and attempting to activate an already linked Boosty account in another profile is blocked.

Access period and changes

Time-limited PRO remains active through the date Boosty reports for verified support. Cancelling a future renewal does not end an already confirmed period, but PRO becomes inactive after that period ends.

If support later resumes through the same Boosty account, the preserved link allows PRO to be restored after the next server sync without a new code. A short delay between a Boosty change and a Dushat update may occur because verification is periodic.

If Boosty cancels or adjusts a previously verified support period, Dushat may recalculate only the related PRO term. Independent trial, compensation, manual, and lifetime grants are handled separately.

Trial, compensation, and lifetime PRO

When enabled, a PRO trial is available only to an eligible account and only once. Receiving any form of PRO may permanently remove trial eligibility.

Dushat may separately grant compensation days. They are tracked independently from the period verified through Boosty.

Lifetime PRO has no expiry date and is not converted to the Boosty model merely because the user supports the creator. It may be revoked only for an erroneous grant, fraud, a security threat, or a material breach of these Terms.

User content

You retain rights in names, settings, and designs you create and grant Dushat a limited right to store, transform, and display them solely to operate the service and selected widgets.

You may not use Dushat for unlawful content, harassment, threats, copyright infringement, malicious code, fraud, or violations of connected-platform rules. Viewer-submitted messages and lot names are controlled by the channel owner using moderation and editing tools.

Prohibited conduct

• circumventing PRO, access controls, server validation, or OBS-link protection;
• automated load generation, scanning private routes, or tampering with APIs and activation events;
• reselling accounts, personal links, skins, or access to protected resources;
• using the service in a way that disrupts other users or violates the law.

Suspension and termination

Dushat may restrict or block an account for a Terms violation, security threat, fraud, API abuse, or legal requirement. Where feasible, a reason will be provided unless doing so creates a security risk or is prohibited by law.

You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations, and delete the account. Limited activation and security records may be retained where needed to protect access, resolve disputes, and comply with law.

Availability and liability

The service is evolving and is provided as is. Dushat does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or OBS build, or unchanged third-party APIs. We aim to fix faults and announce planned maintenance where practical.

To the extent permitted by law, Dushat is not liable for indirect loss, lost revenue, stream interruption, or data loss caused by a third-party outage, user misconfiguration, or the user's disclosure of a secret link. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and governing law

These Terms may change with the product or legal requirements. A new version is published here with a new date. Material changes may also be announced in the interface.

The laws of the Russian Federation apply. Mandatory rights and rules that cannot be waived remain in force. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt to resolve the dispute through support.
