PRO Access Terms

General provisions

This document governs limited access to PRO at dushat.com and applies together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

Dushat does not accept funds from the user, request banking details, or manage the Boosty subscription. Creator support is arranged by the user directly on Boosty and is governed by Boosty's rules.

Definitions

• Dushat — the service providing constructors, integrations, and OBS widgets for streamers.
• PRO — non-exclusive, non-transferable access to features identified on the site as PRO.
• Boosty — an independent platform where the user supports the creator and manages their subscription.
• Link — the server-verified association between one Boosty account and one Dushat Twitch profile.

Acceptance

The user accepts these Terms by generating an activation code, posting it under the designated subscriber-only Boosty post, and starting verification in Dushat. Generating a code alone does not unlock PRO without successful server verification.

Verification and linking

The code is generated for the current Twitch profile, expires after a limited time, and can be used once. Dushat verifies the comment author, eligible support tier, and the end date reported by Boosty.

One Boosty account cannot be linked to multiple Twitch profiles at the same time. The Boosty password is never requested or sent to Dushat.

PRO grant and term

After successful verification, Dushat unlocks PRO for the linked Twitch profile through the date verified by Boosty. Status refresh is periodic, so a change may appear in Dushat after a short delay.

Cancelling a future Boosty renewal does not end a period that Boosty still reports as active. PRO becomes inactive after the verified period ends.

If the same user later resumes support, the preserved link allows PRO to be restored after a sync without another code. The account page will show the link status and an option to resume support on Boosty.

Status adjustments

If Boosty cancels, shortens, or otherwise changes a previously verified support period, Dushat may recalculate the related PRO term. This does not affect independent trial, compensation, manual, or lifetime grants.

Questions about the Boosty subscription and creator support are handled through Boosty. Questions about account linking and activated access are handled through Dushat support.

Trial, compensation, and lifetime access

A trial is available only to an eligible account and only once. Eligibility is enforced by the server. Compensation days may be granted separately by Dushat and are tracked independently from Boosty.

Lifetime PRO means there is no preset expiry date. Having a Boosty subscription does not replace it with time-limited access or change its source.

Restrictions

Access is tied to a specific Twitch profile, cannot be transferred to third parties, and does not grant the right to extract, copy, resell, or distribute Dushat code, skins, visual assets, or other protected materials.

Service operation and termination

Individual features depend on Twitch, Google/YouTube, Kick, DonationAlerts, 7TV, Boosty, the user's network, and OBS. Temporary failure of an external platform does not mean all Dushat access has ended.

Dushat may suspend access for fraud, an erroneous grant, a security threat, circumvention of server validation, or a material Terms violation.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation while preserving mandatory rights and rules that cannot be waived. The Russian version prevails; the English version is provided for convenience.

Dushat may change these Terms when features, integrations, or legal requirements change. A new version is published here with an updated date; material changes may also be announced in the interface.
